SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $200,000. If the order total is lower, a $10,000 shipping fee will be applied.

We work with trusted courier partners and are subject to their delivery times, terms, and conditions.
All shipments are dispatched from Medellín, Colombia:

• For Medellín and the surrounding metropolitan area, all deliveries are express:
  Orders placed on business days before 3:00 p.m. are delivered the same day by 9:00 p.m.
  Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are delivered the next business day.

• For major cities across the country, deliveries take 2 to 5 business days.

The delivery timeframe begins once the payment is approved by the bank.

Free shipping applies to orders over $200,000. If the total is less, the shipping cost is $10,000.
