We offer free shipping on orders over $200,000. If the order total is below this amount, a $10,000 shipping fee will be applied.
We work with trusted courier partners and are subject to their delivery times, terms, and conditions.
All shipments are dispatched from Medellín, Colombia:

For Medellín and the metropolitan area: Express delivery. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 p.m. are delivered the same day by 9:00 p.m. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are delivered the next business day.

For other main cities in Colombia, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times start counting from the moment the payment is approved by the bank.
EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
You have up to 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, 15 days for exchanges, and 30 days for warranty claims.
If you're located in Medellín, we recommend processing exchanges directly at our physical store: Calle 33 #66B - 81.
To return garments, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be clean, unworn, and unwashed (we verify this via the care label inside).

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels (including size and care instructions). Tags must not be removed or cut.
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
